The Block Brentwood app ("The Block") is a booking app for a boxing gym.
This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect, why we
collect it, and what we never do with it.
Information we collect
Account info: your name and email address, from Sign
in with Apple or email sign-in.
Booking activity: which coach and sessions you book,
cancel, or complete, and which session packs you own.
Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe, our
payment processor. We never see or store your card number — Stripe
shares back only what's needed to show you a receipt (amount, last 4
digits, date).
How we use it
To create and manage your account.
To process bookings, packs, and payments.
To send you booking confirmations, receipts, and cancellation
notices.
To operate, secure, and improve the app.
What we don't do
No ads. No ad tracking. We do not sell or
rent your data to anyone, ever.
Supabase — securely hosts our database and handles
sign-in.
Apple — if you use Sign in with Apple, Apple
handles that authentication step.
We don't share your data with anyone else, and we don't
use any third-party advertising or analytics networks.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and booking history for as long as your account is
active, so you can see your booking history and pack balance. You can ask
us to delete your account and data at any time — see Contact below.
Your choices
Email us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to ask any
question about how it's handled.
Children
The Block is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above.
